Who we are

What we collect

• What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and business details when you book a call or fill in a form on this site, along with anything you write in those fields.
• What your browser sends. Standard technical information — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type — collected through analytics.

Why we collect it

To respond to you, to run the engagement you have asked about, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers below.

Who processes it

• GoHighLevel — booking calendar, forms and CRM.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics, when enabled.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in contact about your business, and afterwards only as long as our records obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email andrew@mypredictablesales.com and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The booking calendar and analytics, where enabled, set their own — you can block them in your browser without breaking the rest of the site.
